he Unified License (UL) framework introduced by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) allows telecom operators to offer multiple services under a single license.

Under the Unified License, you can apply for:

• ISP Authorization: For providing internet services using your own network infrastructure.
   
• VNO Authorization: For providing internet services using the network infrastructure of another licensed telecom operator.
